RSVP

 

You will receive an RSVP response envelope in the course of the coming weeks ...

 

We politely ask you respond by 23rd June 2008 at the latest, as we are committed to provide our finalized numbers and arrangements to the venue and caterers 6 weeks before the event.

 

We recommend booking UK travel asap due to the bank holiday, and your hotels by 1^st April. The week up to 24/8 is low season for hotels in Maastricht, so as long as you book by the beginning of April, there should be plenty of availability*.

 

*The exception to this is the reservation of group/family apartments at Meschmolen: We would appreciate a call or an email from you as soon as possible (latest 31/3) if you wish to reserve one for your little group. The owner will only hold them open for us until that date, at which point they will be released for European summer holidays reservations.

 

Once you have booked your travel dates, we would be very appreciative if you could fill them in on your RSVP, and add the name of the hotel at which you will be staying. This will  help us to ensure we have sufficient space booked on the coaches for transfers to the wedding and that you have all the nearest pick up details for the day.
