Note on Childminding:

It is our aim to look after your little ones as well as we possibly can on the day, but please be aware that child minding facilities that are available will be limited, both during the day and at the hotels, as is customary in continental Europe. The only hotel on our list which offers this service as a matter of course is St Gerlach. It is not offered by the Meschmolen Family Apartments. We ask you to ensure that you have made your own arrangements to cover the evening schedule for your children if you would like to join us for the evening party, which is intended for adults only.  If you are stuck, please let Jacqueline know, so that she help work out an arrangement for you, including any transport you and your family need back to your hotel. Jacqueline Pickard de Hagerty: +44 (0)7973-822545 jacqueline.hagerty@gmail.com.

There is a room above the dance floor which can be used to put children down, but we are not in a position to take responsibility for minding them, or guarantee that they will get any sleep there, (as they will all be in the same room). From 8.30 pm, the bar area and dance floor will be reserved for adults and children 8 years and older. Please let us know in advance if you need a child’s bed set up in the Children’s Room at the Castle to help you manage during the afternoon and early evening.)
