The Wedding Venue: Koetshuis (Coach House) Kasteel (Castle) Rijckholt:
The ceremony will be held in the gardens of a privately owned castle. The reception takes place in the gardens and coach house within the grounds.
Reception Menu*:
Adults Cappuccino of fresh peas and mint, with truffle oil (Amuse) - Pan-fried Sea bass fillet with a fresh water crayfish Russian salad, rocket leaves, a beetroot vinaigrette and curried potato crisps
Or (Vegetarian starter option:) Grilled Valdieu cheese with honey and toasted pine nuts, Belgium endive and rocket leaves, a beetroot dressing and curried potato crisps - Roasted fillet of Beef with Red onion jam, sauté potatoes, woodland mushrooms, sugar snap peas and a thyme gravy and Béarnaise sauce
Or (Vegetarian main course option) Puff pastry cushion filled with a casserole of woodland mushrooms, leeks and sugar snap peas served with a light herb and chilli pepper cream
Cheese selection (6 cheeses, i.e. Camambert, St Maure Goats cheese, Chaource, Morbier, Fourme d’ambert, Petit Munster) Bread from Salonard. - Wedding Tiramisu & Petit Four Cakes
